CLISTAHR is a fully integrated, cloud-based, electronic health documentation software developed by a Medicare certified home health agency. It is innovative, comprehensive, user-friendly. CLISTAHR is an artificial intelligence powered software for community-based healthcare programs, including Home Health Agencies, Case Management Agencies, and Staffing Agencies.

The software has four modules that allow for:

The mobile version of the software (mobile application) is HIPAA compliant and allows field staff to electronically report services provided to patients via electronic visit verification (EVV). The mobile application is compatible with Android and iOS operating systems.

CLINICAL MODULE

This module allows skilled staff to document patient assessments, including admission, medication administration, among others. The software allows for OASIS, managed care and pediatric assessment and documentation

SCHEDULING MODULE

Used to create schedules for staff. Our color-coding system allows multiple schedules (nursing, therapists, and home health aides) on the same platform

HUMAN RESOURCES MODULE

Employees can submit applications for employment, schedule orientation and update expired documents remotely.

REVENUE MODULE

Collects data from electronic visit verification (EVV), skilled staff documents to automatically submit claims to payers and complete employee payroll, including paychecks and pay tax liabilities.

MOBILE APPLICATION

This GPS guided system is used by home health aides to accurately document services provided to patients, including duration and patient’s status.

BROADCAST

This module consists of text messages (SMS), emails (Alert) and voice
messages. The agency uses this to communicate with field staff, including
announcements and notifications.
