Account Issues

  • • Make sure you are in patient’s house/location

    • Try signing out of mobile app and signing back in

    • Make sure your mobile app is up to date

  • • Call the office to verify you are on the schedule

    • Make sure you are using the updated version of the app. If you are not sure what version you are using, try deleting the app and re-installing

    • Try signing out of mobile app and signing back in

  • Go to the sign in page on your mobile app

    Click the link that says “forgot my password

    You will be directed to a page that will ask for your registered email

    You will receive a link to the email you entered

    Check your email and click on the link to reset your password
