Data Issues

  • • Make sure staff is in Active status in system

    • Make sure staff is not suspended or on leave

    • Refresh your browser and relaunch if need be

  • • Close and re-launch the app or open a new browser

    • Try using another browser (Google Chrome or Edge) to sign in

  • • Refresh the app/browser

    • Sign out and sign back into the app/browser

    • Close browser completely and relaunch using different browser oclose mobile app and relaunch
